Free Image License Agreement:
This Free Image License Agreement ("Agreement") is between FreezyStock ("Licensor") and any person or entity ("Licensee") who downloads, uses, or modifies the images provided by the Licensor (the "Images").
1. Grant of License: Licensor hereby grants Licensee a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Images, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Conditions:
- Attribution: Licensee must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Licensee may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the Licensor endorses the Licensee or its use.
- Example Attribution: "Image by FreezyStock. With Link https://www.freezystock.com/image/post-link/"
- Non-Commercial Use: Licensee may not use the Images for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by the Licensor.
- Share Alike: If Licensee remixes, transforms, or builds upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original.
- No Additional Restrictions: Licensee may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
3. No Warranty: The Images are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Images or the use or other dealings in the Images.
4. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensee's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if Licensee fails to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use and distribution of the Images.
5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and Licensee with respect to the Images and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
By downloading, using, or modifying the Images, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Free Image License Agreement.
